Customer Care

You can feel good about purchasing our products because we use the highest quality of materials obtained from suppliers right here in the US. All of our products are hand-poured in small batches with 100% natural (organic) soy wax. Our high-quality soy wax is natural (organic) and renewable energy source made by American farmers. It burns longer and cleaner than alternative waxes, leaving significantly less soot if any at all.

Returns

While I make every effort to ensure each of my candles are perfect, there may be missed issues with your product. I take pride in my candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, you can reach me at Limitlesskandles@gmail.com. Please include your invoice number in your email. I will make every reasonable effort to ensure each customer is satisfied.
Please contact me within 7 business days of receiving your candle/candles for a refund. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I will not offer you a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your product. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your refund is approved, your credit will be applied to your original payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping

Shipping time is 3-5 business days after purchase. This time is based on if your requested product is on hand or has to be made at time of purchase. Shipping cost is included with total based on total weight of items. Products are shipped on Mondays through Thursdays only.
